Privacy policy
1. Controller
Alexander Wagner, ASW Transformation Consulting, Angerbauerstraße 6, 82152 Martinsried, email: info@asw-transformation.com
2. Principles
We process personal data only where this is necessary to operate this website, answer your enquiries, or prepare and carry out an engagement. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual measures), (c) (legal obligations) and (f) (legitimate interests). This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content. Data is only transmitted to the service named below when you submit the contact form or the quick check.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network AG, Rue Eugène Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (GE), Switzerland. Data is stored in data centres in Switzerland. Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). When pages are accessed, the server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept by the host for at least seven days and deleted afterwards. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
4. Contact by email, contact form and quick check
If you contact us, we process the details you provide (name, company, email address, message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to an engagement, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
When you use the quick check on our home page, you send us, with your consent, your contact details (name, email address, optionally company) together with your answers and the calculated result. We use these details to send you an assessment of your result and to get in touch with you. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by email to info@asw-transformation.com. We delete the data after withdrawal or once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
To deliver the contact form and the quick check we use the service Formdall, operated by Daniel Proschko, Bahnhofstr. 8, 82216 Maisach, Germany. Your details are stored there encrypted on servers in Germany and forwarded to us by email. The service stores IP addresses only as a daily changing hash. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
5. Fonts
The Jost typeface is loaded locally from our server. No connection is made to servers of Google or other font providers.
6. Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. An email to info@asw-transformation.com is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
8. No automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
